Want to Lose Weight? : Get fit at home
Losing weight sometimes seems harder, but you want it so badly that you gave up eating even your favorite food, carbs, ice-cream and what not. But the question is does that really helps to reduce weight or does it just keeps you starving?
Keeping yourself starving isn’t a good idea really. Let’s say simple workouts can keep you fit and healthy, at the same time gradually you will see your body transforming the way you desire.
Here’s three simple workouts you can do at home and get fit:
Sit up on a chair. Squeeze your core and keep your black flat. Wrap the band around both of your feet and hold the end just above your thighs.Press your feet against the band until your legs are straight. Now bend your legs to return to starting position. Start with one setoff 8- 15rep.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Plan your heels to the floor and toes facing forward. Send your hips back and bend your knees, lower your buttocks. Keep your knees straight and chest lifted straight, keep it low until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Do this one set of 8-20 rep.
Stand with your hip-width apart. Stand one feet forward and drop your knees, bending your knees in 90degree angle. Lower yourself until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Keep your front knee over your angle. Push your front leg to return to the starting position.
Do this one set 8- 12 rep this with the other leg too.
There are other simple workouts like broad jumps, bridge exercise, push-ups, vertical pushups etc.
